This 15th Century Church is packed with history and has the unofficial title of 'The Cathedral of the Ainsty' as it is such a spectacular building, yet in such a small village. Altered through the ages the choir stalls bear the marks of Cromwell's men, when the ancient rood screen and reredos were violently removed.
Today the building is home to a small but faithful group of Christians vibrant in worship but struggling to maintain the ancient fabric.
Our Daughter Church is St Paul's in the neighboring village of Colton.
